Spring/Summer

• Inspect evaporative coil, blower operation, blower controls, safety switches, and condensing coils
• Clean out condensate drains
• Check voltage and amperage draw on motors
• Clean condensing coils if needed
• Check thermostat operation
• Change filter
• Check Freon charge

Fall/Winter

Gas

• Check for cracks in heat exchanger, Check gas pressure, Check thermocouple
• Inspect all electrical components
• Change filter
• Clean rust from heat exchanger if needed
• Lubricate all motors if needed
• Check amperage draw on blower
• Inspect for proper venting
• Inspect burners and blower operation

Electrical

• Check heat strips operation
• Check sequencers and contactors
• Check amperage draw on heat strips

Heat Pump

• Check charge by sub-cooling
• Check contactor and all electrical components
• Check amperage draw on compressor and motors
• Check reversing valve for correct operation
• Check thermostat operation
• Inspect evaporative coil
• Change filter with customer provided filter
• Check defrost controls for correct operation
• Check condensing coils and clean as needed
